STEP 3: ENROLL

Submit BRAVE Academy application HERE

Please be prepared to provide:

  • Birth Certificate 
  • Spiritual reference letter
  • Teacher Recommendation form
  • Student Records/ Transcripts
  • Previous academic, cognitive, or behavioral testing
  • Vaccine records or state exemption form
  • $150 application fee by check made payable to BRAVE Academy or click HERE to pay online

STEP 4: FAMILY INTERVIEW & STUDENT TESTING
When we receive your complete application, we will reach out to schedule a family interview and testing. 

STEP 5: ADMISSION STATUS AND TUITION ASSISTANCE NOTIFICATION 

STEP 6: TUITION DEPOSIT & ASSISTANCE

  • If interested in receiving Financial Assistance through ACE Scholarships, you can apply HERE.
  • FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for BRAVE Academy for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Applicants can apply online HERE. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process: 
  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms, including all supporting tax schedules
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF
  • If you have questions or concerns about the FACTS application process, you may speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 866-441-4637 or visit them online.

IMPORTANT ADMISSION DATES

January 22  - Open Enrollment for K-12th grades. 

February 5  - ACE Scholarship applications opens.

April 15  - ACE Scholarship application deadline. 

June 20 - Deadline to sign up for FACTS Tuition Management to qualify for 10-month payment plan (or one-time annual payment due) for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Choosing BRAVE Academy is an investment in a future defined by intellectual curiosity, moral strength, and spiritual depth. Here, students not only gain knowledge but also develop the skills and perspectives needed to flourish in an ever-changing world while remaining grounded in their faith.


Annual Tuition | 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR 

  • The base annual tuition rate before discounts for a full day school schedule for Kindergarten-12th grade is $10,550. Payment plans are available.

BRAVE Member Discount

  • If you call BRAVE Church your home, completed the membership class, and submitted your membership covenant, we are pleased to offer a 5% discount on tuition for your children to attend BRAVE Academy.

BRAVE Scholarships

BRAVE Academy believes that a quality Christian education should be available to every family that is committed to raising their children to have a thorough Christian worldview, regardless of income. Therefore, financial aid scholarships are awarded to qualifying like-minded families. BRAVE Academy financial assistance scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis, and are purely need-based.

To assess the financial need of each family, BRAVE Academy utilizes FACTS, a third-party grant and financial aid assessment. FACTS charges a $55.00 processing fee that each family is required to pay when applying for financial aid.

Please note that the admissions online application must be completed along with payment of the $150.00 registration fee prior to applying for financial aid.

ACE Scholarships

At BRAVE Academy we believe that any family that desires to enroll their children in a classical Christian education should have the opportunity to do so. BRAVE Academy partners with ACE Scholarships to provide help to families in need. Need-based financial aid may also be available through Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE) scholarships. The Academy can assist with this application process, which is based on an income ceiling. All enrolled families are welcome to apply.

Please note that the admissions online application must be completed along with payment of the $150.00 registration fee prior to applying for financial aid.

Applications must be submitted for the 2024/2025 school year by April 15, 2024, 11:59PM MST.
